The Arts Council of Tuscaloosa will host “Alabama, Then and Now,” a traveling Bicentennial art exhibition by members of the Alabama Plein Air Artists. The exhibit will take place March 7-28, 2019 in The Arts Council Gallery at the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center.
