The Arts Council of Tuscaloosa will present the 14th Annual Double Exposure Juried Photography Exhibit at the Bama Theatre and Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center in 2017. The competition will be open to Ala. photographers with divisions for both adults (Ages 18 and older) and juniors (Ages 12-17).
