The University of Alabama College of Community Health Sciences and the University Medical Center challenge everyone to participate in the 2019 annual Brussels Sprout Challenge in Tuscaloosa. The challenge takes place during the American Heart Association’s West Alabama Heart Walk on March 2 at 9am. Participants will be able to eat Brussels Sprouts at each of the 3 mile markers, and those who complete the challenge will be awarded a t shirt at the end of the walk!
