Guthrie Smith Park–A great outdoor event for the entire family, this festival is the longest consecutive running festival in Alabama. Sponsored by the Fayette Art Museum. Alabama’s own Three On A String will lead off entertainment celebrating Alabama’s Bicentennial. The afternoon entertainment will be live, local groups/individuals which will provide a musical backdrop to the juried, handmade fine art, folk art and crafts and free children’s art activities sponsored by local businesses, and with a variety of food. 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.
