The Lumineers III: The World Tour

Denver, Colorado’s The Lumineers released their eponymous debut album through Nashville’s Dualtone in 2012. The triple-platinum album garnered two GRAMMY nominations and spawned the chart-topping platinum singles, “Ho Hey” and “Stubborn Love”. The band also served as Saturday Night Live’s musical guest on January 19, 2013. After years of touring the world in support of their debut album, the band released the follow-up, Cleopatra, on Dualtone, in 2016. The platinum album debuted #1 on both Billboard’s Top 200 Albums Chart and the UK Albums Chart and featured the gold title track as well as the platinum single, “Ophelia”. The tour in support of Cleopatra included two sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden and one at the Hollywood Bowl. The band has also supported two of their musical heroes, including opening up for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers on his last tour as well as U2 on their “Joshua Tree Tour” in 2017. Tim McGraw’s summer is heating up with the announcement of his new Here On Earth Tour. Midland and Ingrid Andress will serve as support. “Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to be outside in the summertime playing music,” says Tim. “Everyone is there, sharing the moment, having fun and letting loose. Bark in the Park 2020

Bark in the Bark is an annual fund raiser for the Will May Memorial Dog Park in Sokol Park. This event, sponsored by the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS, helps raise money for improvements to the dog park. The event is free to attend so come on out for family fun including: face painting, free dog washes, and even the chance to adopt! We look forward to seeing everyone there! 13th Annual Duck Derby

The Duck Derby raises money for programs for children all year at the Children’s Hands On Museum! There is family fun for all ages! There are inflatables, outdoor games, door prizes, DJ music, food trucks, and a Pepsi wagon! $10 Duck Derby Ticket allows you to have access to all the fun! Evening of Arts & Blues 2020

The Alabama Blues Project is excited to bring “Old Hollywood” to Tuscaloosa during our largest annual fundraiser, “An Evening of Art & Blues”, on Saturday, March 28, 2020, at the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. This glamorous event will feature an exciting musical lineup with performances by ABP Productions, The Tekknology Band, John Bull Band, and more. Our new children’s activity area will make this an inclusive, family-friendly night out. The event will also include dinner, a cash bar, “Old Hollywood” costume contest, cash photo booth, silent auction, and live auction with art and gifts from local businesses. 2020 Death by Chocolate Tournament

This is West Alabama’s premiere chocolate-tasting event! Attendees have the opportunity to taste various chocolate delicacies from approximately 12 of the area’s best bakers and chefs, then cast a vote for their favorite.
